Programme Cancellation
| Timing | Refund |
|---|---|
| 30+ days before start | Full refund minus $50 admin fee |
| 15–29 days before start | 50% refund |
| Less than 15 days | No refund |
Visa Refusal
If your visa application is refused and you provide official documentation:
- Programme fees are refunded in full minus the visa assistance fee
- Visa service fee is non-refundable (invitation letter and processing work has been completed)
How to Cancel
Send your cancellation request to umran@turquaz.org with your booking reference number. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
